This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data of visitors to the keystone.in.com website and clients of Keystone agency (hereinafter — "we", "agency"). Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU residents, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the website or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to it.

What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to contact you and provide services:

Name and contact details (email, phone) that you enter in forms on the website.
Company name and website address if you order an audit.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages you visited, referral source.
Data from cookies and analytics services (Google Analytics).

We do not collect data on racial or ethnic origin, political views, health status, or other sensitive categories.

Why we use data

To respond to your application and prepare a commercial proposal.
To provide services under the agreement and communicate within the project.

Correct inaccurate data or supplement it.
Request deletion of data if there are no legal grounds for storing it.
